1. Discovery questions (call prep)

Optional warm-up
Challenge 3 — Discovery email — my #1 consolidation account.

Using DCOS if needed for fresh contact/opp context (dcos_sfdc_get_account, dcos_sfdc_get_opportunity), suggest **5 discovery questions** I should ask on a first call. Pull from these themes:

- How many observability vendors today and who owns each budget line?
- Annual spend: licensing, storage, egress, compute per tool
- Alert fatigue / false positives and MTTR when switching tools in Sev-1
- Ops toil correlating logs, metrics, traces manually
- CFO trigger if we show 15–40% savings, payback 12–18 months
- Appetite for one query language (Search + Security + Observability)

Output numbered questions tailored to THIS account’s vendors from Challenge 1 — cite live CRM facts only.

2. Discovery email draft

Main exercise
Same #1 account — use everything already in this chat from Challenges 1–2 (consolidation table, TCO summary, recommended motion, next steps, who to talk to).

Draft a **6–10 sentence discovery email** to the best contact from DCOS (real name/title if we have them).

Required:
- **Subject line**
- **Current pain** — name vendors/sprawl from CRM (no invented ARR)
- **Gartner** — 3x Observability MQ Leader, #1 Critical Capability IT Operations, unified platform / ES|QL
- **TCO** — one concrete savings line from Challenge 2 (annual or 3-year + payback)
- **Next step** — specific ask aligned with Challenge 2 next steps
- Tone: direct, sales-focused, repeatable on a real call

Also add 3 **call questions** from the discovery bank I can use if they reply.

Keep full email in this Claude thread — I will not paste into Instruqt.

3. Migration / zero-friction close

Optional
For the same account and recommended motion (Displace / Consolidate / Federated Data Sources):

Add **2 sentences** to the email (or a P.S.) on **same-day migration** where relevant:
- Connect Datadog or Grafana → auto-convert dashboards & alerts → live same day
- PromQL / Grafana preserved for Consolidate motion
- Federated path: query where data lives first, phased ingest later

Plus one sentence on **4× lower TCO vs Datadog** or **30× faster queries vs Prometheus** — pick the proof point that matches their stack.
